1. Reservations & Bookings

• All bookings made online or directly through our desk are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or authorization as per policy.
• Rates displayed are exclusive or inclusive of applicable GST taxes as specified during checkout.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register and check into a suite independently.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in time qualify for full or partial refunds according to the selected booking rate plan.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and will incur full retention charges for the first night.
• Refund processing times typically take 5-7 business days back to the original payment source.

3. House Rules & Hotel Policies

• Identification: Local municipal laws mandate presenting government ID upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof for check-in purposes.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly restricted to designated outdoor spaces and smoking-permitted suites. A deep cleaning penalty applies for smoking in non-smoking areas.
• Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any physical damage caused to suites, furnishings, art installations, or electronic appliances during their stay.
• Quiet Hours: To preserve our serene atmosphere, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM in guest corridors and residential wings.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Golden Sunrise is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables left unattended in suites or common areas. In-room safes or concierge safekeeping facilities are provided for guest convenience.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with stay or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
